ChairNav uses role-based permissions scoped to a practice. A user can have different roles in different practices.

Roles

  • Owner — full access including billing and integrations.
  • Admin — workspace settings, team, automations, and review of all queues.
  • Manager — operational queues, recall, and reporting; cannot change billing or integrations.
  • Front desk — daily operational work: schedule, messages, recall, follow-ups.
  • Clinician — clinical review of escalated messages and claim narratives.
  • Read-only — view-only access for audit or training.
