How prioritization works

  • Overdue interval relative to the recall type.
  • Insurance benefit window (e.g. annual benefits about to expire).
  • Historical responsiveness to outreach.
  • Available chair time over the next two weeks.

AI-drafted outreach

Drafts use the patient's name, last visit, and recall reason. They never include clinical claims, treatment recommendations, or guarantees about coverage. Every draft is editable before sending.
