Messages and AI review
Triage the inbox, draft replies with AI, and keep clinical questions routed to a clinician.
6 min read
The messages workspace centralizes patient communication. AI can triage incoming messages and draft replies, but every reply is reviewed and approved by a person.
Triage suggestions
- Category (scheduling, billing, clinical question, general).
- Suggested priority and SLA.
- Clinical caution flag when the message looks clinical in nature.
Draft replies
Drafts are written in the practice's tone and never contain diagnoses or treatment plans. The assistant flags messages that should be escalated to a clinician rather than answered by front-desk staff.
Sending
Approving a draft marks it ready to send. Actual delivery to the patient happens through your configured messaging integration. ChairNav does not send patient messages on its own.
