Triage patient messages

Categorize and assign inbound patient messages so nothing slips.

  1. Open /app/messages and choose Triage with AI on a single message, or Triage inbox to batch the visible ones.
  2. Apply the suggested category and urgency only when you agree.
  3. Assign to a teammate or queue if it is not yours to handle.
