How to edit, approve, or reject an AI-suggested reply before sending it.

Drafts are saved as drafts only. ChairNav never sends patient messages on your behalf.
- Open the message and choose Draft reply with AI.
- Edit the draft so it sounds like your team and is factually correct.
- Approve when satisfied. Send through your existing email or SMS tool.
- Mark the message handled.
