Set up your first practice workspace
Create your practice, invite a teammate, and confirm the basics before importing data.

A workspace in ChairNav represents one practice. If you run multiple locations, create one workspace per practice and add locations inside it.
Create the workspace
- Sign in and open the practice picker in the top-left of the app.
- Choose Create practice and enter the legal name your team uses day-to-day.
- Set the timezone — this controls schedule, recall due dates, and the daily brief.
Add locations
Open Settings → Locations and add each physical office. Locations matter for the schedule view, recall queues, and reporting.
Invite your first teammate
Settings → Team lets you invite staff by email and assign a role. Start with one office manager and one front-desk teammate so you can test the daily workflow before going wider.
