Invite teammates and assign roles

Add staff to your practice and pick the role that matches their day-to-day work.

Roles in ChairNav scope what someone can see and change. Pick the smallest role that lets them do their job.

Roles

  • Owner — full control, including billing and deletion.
  • Admin — manage team, locations, and integrations.
  • Office manager — most operational settings, no billing.
  • Front desk — schedule, messages, recall, follow-ups.
  • Treatment coordinator — patients, recall, treatment workflows.
  • Insurance coordinator — insurance checks, claim packets.

Send an invite

  1. Open Settings → Team and choose Invite teammate.
  2. Enter their work email and pick a role.
  3. They receive an email to accept and create their sign-in.
