Invite teammates and assign roles
Add staff to your practice and pick the role that matches their day-to-day work.

Roles in ChairNav scope what someone can see and change. Pick the smallest role that lets them do their job.
Roles
- Owner — full control, including billing and deletion.
- Admin — manage team, locations, and integrations.
- Office manager — most operational settings, no billing.
- Front desk — schedule, messages, recall, follow-ups.
- Treatment coordinator — patients, recall, treatment workflows.
- Insurance coordinator — insurance checks, claim packets.
Send an invite
- Open Settings → Team and choose Invite teammate.
- Enter their work email and pick a role.
- They receive an email to accept and create their sign-in.
