Move recall items through the board

How recall opportunities move from open to contacted, scheduled, or closed.

  • Open — in the queue, no outreach yet.
  • Contacted — outreach sent through your existing channel; awaiting response.
  • Scheduled — appointment booked; the recall row links to it.
  • Closed — patient declined or recall is no longer relevant; reason is recorded.

Status changes are recorded as activity events so the next coordinator sees what happened without asking around.
