Create recall opportunities manually

Add a recall row when an opportunity does not come from an import or PMS sync.

Most recall opportunities arrive from imports or sync, but you can add one manually whenever a patient is owed outreach.

Add a recall opportunity

  1. Open /app/recall and choose Add recall.
  2. Search for the patient. Recall opportunities require a real patient record.
  3. Pick the recall type (hygiene, treatment plan follow-up, etc.) and a due date.
  4. Add the operational reason — for example, 'last hygiene visit was 9 months ago'.
  5. Save. The opportunity appears in the queue with the priority you selected.
