Add an appointment manually
Create an appointment directly when it does not come from an import or PMS sync.

- Open /app/schedule and choose Add appointment.
- Search for the patient. If they don't exist yet, create them first from /app/patients.
- Pick the start time, duration, provider, and chair.
- Save. Set confirmation status as soon as you have it.
