Review schedule gaps
Find open chair time so a coordinator can offer it to a recall or short-notice patient.

Open chair time appears in the schedule view and the Daily Brief. Each gap shows the provider, chair, and length so it is easy to match against a waiting patient.
- Open /app/schedule and look for the open chair markers.
- Open /app/recall to find a patient whose recall fits that length and provider.
- Use Draft recall message to prepare outreach for review before contacting them.
