Set confirmation status on appointments

Track who is confirmed, unconfirmed, or at-risk so the morning huddle starts from facts.

Confirmation status drives the brief, the no-show risk view, and the way the schedule renders.

  1. Open /app/schedule and select an appointment.
  2. Set confirmation to confirmed, unconfirmed, or left voicemail / sent text as appropriate.
  3. Add a short operational note if there is a real reason — for example, two prior cancellations.
