Create a recall opportunity
Add a recall row when you find a patient who is owed outreach.

- Open /app/recall and choose Add recall.
- Search for the patient and pick the recall type.
- Set a due date and a short operational reason.
- Save. The opportunity appears in the queue with the priority you selected.
