Messages that mention pain, swelling, post-op concerns, bleeding, or anything that sounds like an emergency are flagged for clinical review.
- AI shows a clinical caution flag on the triage suggestion.
- Do not draft or send a reply yourself — escalate to clinical staff first.
- Once clinical staff have given direction, you can draft an operational follow-up if appropriate.
