How unsubscribe and email preferences work
How recipients control which emails they get from ChairNav and your practice.

- Every non-transactional email has an unsubscribe link in the footer.
- Clicking it opens a preferences page where the recipient can opt out of newsletters, product updates, and educational guides individually.
- Important account notices and transactional emails (sign-in, billing) cannot be unsubscribed from — they are required to use the product.
