ChairNav distinguishes between transactional emails (account, security) and optional emails (newsletter, product updates, educational guides).
- Important account notices are always on — they are required to use the product safely.
- Marketing and educational emails are off by default and require explicit opt-in.
- Patients control their preferences from any email footer.
