Import appointments from CSV
Bring scheduled appointments into ChairNav and link them to existing patients.

- Import patients first, so the appointment importer can match patient_external_id.
- Open Settings → Imports and choose Appointments.
- Upload the CSV and start the batch.
Appointment rows that reference an unknown patient land in the failed rows list with a clear reason.
