Fix failed import rows

Read the failed-row report, fix the source data, and re-import only what failed.

Last updated May 15, 2026

  1. Open the import batch in Settings → Imports.
  2. Read the per-row reason — usually a missing field, an unparseable date, or an unknown patient reference.
  3. Fix the rows in your source file and re-upload only the corrected rows.

Re-importing a file that already succeeded for some rows is safe — successful rows update in place and do not duplicate.
