Sign-in, sessions, and removing access

How sign-in works, how to keep sessions safe, and what to do when a teammate leaves.

Use a unique work email per teammate. Sharing a sign-in across staff makes audit history meaningless and increases the impact of any compromise.

  1. Sign out of any shared computer at the end of the day.
  2. When a teammate leaves, open Settings → Team and remove their access immediately.
  3. Report suspected account compromise to the security email below.
