AI uses only the procedure label, required items, attached items, and staff notes you saved on the packet. It does not invent attachments, codes, or clinical justification.
- Open the packet in edit mode and choose Draft narrative.
- Read every line. Edit anything you would not put in writing yourself.
- Approve when accurate, reject if it drifted from your notes.
