Add starter workspace examples safely
Load clearly labeled starter patients and appointments so the team can practice without touching real data.

Starter workspace examples are opt-in and clearly labeled so they are easy to spot and remove later.
- Open Settings → Data and choose Load starter examples.
- Practice on the starter rows in Schedule, Recall, and Messages.
- When training is over, choose Remove starter examples to delete every training row at once.
