Turn payer notes and uploaded info into a plain-language summary with a missing-info checklist.

AI reads the staff notes and any imported notes on the benefit check and produces a summary plus a checklist of what is still missing. It does not invent coverage, percentages, or maximums.
- Open the benefit check in /app/insurance.
- Choose Summarize benefit check.
- Review and edit the summary. Approve when accurate, reject if it drifted.
